Corona virus has been keeping us occupied on a global scale. At Hosokawa Alpine we are closely monitoring the current situation and development. We would hereby like to inform you of all measures that we are taking in order to protect the health and safety of our employees, customers, and partners.

We strictly follow the guidelines and recommendations of the health department. As a result, a multitude of preventative measures has been implemented which also allow us to maintain our operational business activities.  

Delivery capacity and customer service
Considering the dynamic situation, we are focussed to ensure the availability of our products and services at the usual Alpine quality. Our supply chain is running smoothly and is constantly monitored. As such we look to be able to react to deficits on short notice and minimize the effects on delivery time and capability to an absolute minimum.  

Service and communication
